Responsibilities
職責(zé)：
• Implement China BSC and lab-freeze dryer Service Management System, be in charge of product installation, preventative maintenance, training and installed base setup in responsible territories, and quick response to service repaired requests from customer/distributors/sales teams.
    為在中國(guó)銷(xiāo)售的生物安全柜及實(shí)驗(yàn)室凍干機(jī)產(chǎn)品提供服務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)所屬區(qū)域產(chǎn)品的安裝、預(yù)防性維護(hù)、客戶培訓(xùn)、代理商培訓(xùn)等工作。對(duì)客戶、代理商及銷(xiāo)售的服務(wù)要求作出快速響應(yīng)。
• Cooperate with the distributors' service team on the service activities such as product installation, validation，service repairs and installed base setup.
   配合代理商的售后服務(wù)隊(duì)伍，幫助進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品安裝、驗(yàn)證、維護(hù)等工作。
• Collaborate with sales, marketing team to follow up the marketing promotion activities, and assist sales team to achieve the sales objectives in responsible territory.
   配合銷(xiāo)售及市場(chǎng)部門(mén)完成市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)，協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)完成所屬區(qū)域的銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)。
•Cooperate with sales team and distributors to deal with the complaint from the customer,
   配合銷(xiāo)售及代理商處理客戶投訴。
• To establish service contracts with customers. And follow up on outstanding payments incurred by the customers after rendering service.
   負(fù)責(zé)售后服務(wù)合同的制定、履行及收款。
• To schedule, perform and monitor all preventive maintenance of instruments in the assigned area.
   計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行和監(jiān)管所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域所有設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)。

Requirements/Qualification
資格要求
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics or Bioscience industries.
   工程、電子或生物技術(shù)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科學(xué)歷。
• High energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
   有活力、有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能夠在壓力下工作。
• 1 year working experience in laboratory instrument installation and maintenance is a must.
   一年以上實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備安裝及維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如在生物安全柜及實(shí)驗(yàn)室凍干機(jī)設(shè)備有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更優(yōu)。
• Good communication and presentation skills to deal with service activities.

• Willing to travel frequently.
